These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and scrplay3 ("scrplay3", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the scrplay3 online gaming platform, accessible at scrplay3.cam and any associated applications or services.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the scrplay3 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus credits, and any winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin credit, cashback allocation, or matched deposit offer made available by scrplay3 subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification and due-diligence procedures applied to Accounts as required under applicable compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the scrplay3 website, mobile interface, applications, game lobbies, sportsbook, and associated services.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total aggregate amount a Player must wager before a bonus or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using funds drawn from a Player's real-money Balance, excluding bonus-only credits.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" includes deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within the Player's Account settings.

To register and maintain a scrplay3 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. scrplay3 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during KYC verification.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee for any third party.
3. You are not a resident or national of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or close associate of scrplay3 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You have not previously been excluded from scrplay3 via a self-exclusion request or banned by scrplay3 for any reason.
6. You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction that has been disclosed to us or that would make participation in gambling inadvisable.

Each player may register one Account only. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure without reimbursement of any pending bonus credits.

4.1 Verification Documents

scrplay3 may request the following documentation as part of standard KYC procedures. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and bank statements, eWallet transaction records, or utility bills for address and payment source verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in withdrawal suspension.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, address, IP address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, scrplay3 will retain the earlier Account, close all subsequent registrations, and may confiscate associated bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play across those Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify scrplay3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. scrplay3 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

5.1 Permitted Use

The scrplay3 Platform is made available exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access game lobbies, place wagers on permitted markets, participate in promotional offers, and use the responsible gambling tools available to your Account tier.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to exploit software errors, game malfunctions, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus conditions.
• Using automated scripts, bots, data-mining tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, reverse transactions, or payment manipulation.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or otherwise using scrplay3 for any illegal financial transaction.
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law while misrepresenting your actual location.

5.3 System Integrity

In the event of a technical malfunction, scrplay3 reserves the right to void wagers affected by that malfunction and restore affected Balances to their state immediately before the malfunction occurred. Decisions made by scrplay3 in such circumstances are final.

scrplay3 processes all player transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally recognised payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary by account verification status and applicable processing limits.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party funding is prohibited. Deposits are generally credited to your Balance promptly, subject to payment processing timelines outside scrplay3's control. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and clearance of any active Wagering Requirements. scrplay3 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one to five business days, depending on the chosen payment method. scrplay3 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal exceeding applicable threshold amounts.

6.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in MYR. scrplay3 does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees; however, third-party processing charges imposed by eWallet providers or financial institutions are outside scrplay3's control and remain the player's responsibility. Exchange-rate implications are also the player's responsibility for any non-MYR source accounts.

All scrplay3 bonus offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-spin credits, and loyalty tier benefits, are governed by these general Terms and the specific conditions attached to each individual offer at the time of issuance.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived directly from bonus activity must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before a withdrawal request can be processed. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the combined bonus and deposit amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering completion — contribution percentages are displayed in the relevant promotional terms.

7.2 Bonus Acceptance and Expiry

By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms and conditions. Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on each offer. Expired bonus credit and associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Players who do not wish to be subject to bonus wagering requirements should decline the bonus before depositing.

7.3 Abuse and Exploitation

scrplay3 reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence that the offer was misused, claimed under false eligibility, or exploited through low-risk betting patterns designed to extract value without genuine engagement with the Platform. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are at scrplay3's sole discretion following investigation.

7.4 Loyalty Programme

The scrplay3 loyalty programme allocates points based on qualifying real-money wagers. Tier benefits, point conversion rates, and redemption options are subject to change at scrplay3's discretion. Loyalty points hold no monetary value unless and until they have been converted to bonus credit in accordance with the then-current programme rules.

All casino games available on scrplay3 operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and certified by our third-party game studio partners. scrplay3 does not operate proprietary RNG software. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual games are determined by those game providers and disclosed within each game's information panel.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds on scrplay3 cover EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, and a broad range of international competitions. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Settled bets are final. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or irregular result, scrplay3 applies standard industry settlement rules and reserves the right to void affected markets.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding game outcomes, settlement decisions, or transaction discrepancies must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the disputed event. scrplay3 will investigate and provide a written outcome within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Decisions following internal review are binding. Players retain the right to escalate to the relevant licensing authority where applicable.

scrplay3 is committed to providing a safer gaming environment. All players must be 21 years of age or older. Gaming should be treated as a form of paid entertainment — not as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps applied to real-money deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session timers that issue a warning and enforce a logout upon expiry.
• Cooling-Off Period: A voluntary temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term exclusion option of six months or more, applied immediately across all scrplay3 services and not reversible before the specified end date.

All content on the scrplay3 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, user interface design, code, databases, and compiled software, is owned by or licensed to scrplay3 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, transmit, adapt, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior express written consent of scrplay3. Unauthorised use of scrplay3 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scrplay3, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from or connected with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or any game or service within it;
• Errors, interruptions, defects, delays, or technical failures beyond scrplay3's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made in connection with responsible gambling tools, Account restrictions, or KYC holds;
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction that affect your ability to use the Platform.

scrplay3's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

scrplay3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where scrplay3 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• KYC documentation provided is insufficient, falsified, or expired;
• Account activity is inconsistent with the profile of a recreational player and raises suspicion of professional exploitation or money laundering;
• You have made a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit.

You may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Verified real-money balances net of any applicable deductions will be processed for return via your registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe following successful closure review.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which scrplay3 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through scrplay3's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as specified by scrplay3's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of any arbitration.

scrplay3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, no fewer than seven calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by a change in applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under clause 12.
